Liked: The toliet ran all night, sooooo noisy & the air/heat was sooooo loud - you really could NOT sleep
Disliked: Maintanence man could have fixed it or hotel could build using better appliances - we won't stay there again

I'd stay here again.

Disliked: Room decor was DIY cheap. No paintings etc on the wall no rug so you could hear footsteps from the room above scapes on wall and nick’s on the nightstand. Shampoos etc in a tube that was very hard to squeeze pillow on bed has the smell of old sweat I would not recommend

Overall, it was a good...

Liked: The space was very clean and entertaining. Loved that there was a pool table in the lobby with plenty of games and TV's. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: There were no microwaves in the rooms which made it hard to heat up our daughter's bottles in the night. The rooms were not very sound proof compared to other hotels I have stayed at. You can hear very clearly those above you and out in the hallway. Several times we thought someone was knocking on our door when they were several rooms down.

Liked: Did not stay due to power outage
Disliked: Power in all of Christiansburg was OUT! We tried to cancel stay and went to Lexington for night at another Tru. Still 'billed' by YOU??? We think credit due us???!!!

Clean, nicely kept, great water...

Liked: We had an absolute great time. This was an unplanned stay as we were previously in Tennessee and had to leave that facility early due to it being unlivable. Tru was a great place to lay our heads for the night and recharge/reset.
Disliked: N/A
