Dissappointing.

Liked: Location & clean
Disliked: Loudest hotel stay of my life. Told staff that the people upstairs were running the halls and stomping around and they told me it wasn’t quiet hours yet. Even after quiet hours this continued. If they are accommodating large parties with children they should have put them all on the first floor. Regardless of quiet hours or not the staff should have told them to stop running in the halls ect. I paid for my stay just as they did and I got 0 sleep.

Disliked: The hotel doesn’t enforce noise control policy. I stayed for the night of 2/14/2025 in room 410. At 3 am, the room next door, 408, started to play very loud music. I called the front desk, nobody answered. I came down, to find out the receptionist is sleeping. I woke her up and ask her to do something about the noise. She called the room a couple times and knocked their door once. But each time the noise went back up after a short while. The noise kept on until 9 am when we checked out. The receptionist said nothing else she can do. I just couldn’t believe that Hilton could not enforce noise policy. What a bad experience!

Liked: The front desk guy, his name is Jonathan he was very kind, compassionate, and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient in resolving the reservation issue. The housekeeper Glorimar keeps our room clean and full of supplies
Disliked: Some staff are rude. Or if you have an issue with the reservation, they didn't move a finger to help,
