Definitely stay here!!

Liked: I love no carpet in the room. Very clean. Very modern. The staff were so polite and helpful. Noon checkout?! Fab-u-lous!!

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Hard beds, low water pressure, I had to arrive a day early, and couldn't agree my reservation on the phone. It kept looping around inside the automated system. The extra I had to pay for one night, plus the $50 " rebooking" cost when I finally showed up, and explained what happened was ridiculous . But I had no choice but to pay it. I won't be staying at Tru again.

Disliked: I'm glad I had another card because this hotel doesn't take a cash app visa card even though I had $500 on it for one night.
