Liked: The style and decor are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was not completely clean. Had to wipe down some things that were pretty obvious. Hard to believe the cleaning staff missed it.

Disliked: When we arrived they said the room wasn't ready.Well we couldn't get in our room till 4:15 PM. We were not pleased with that as we had plans for dinner at 5 and barely made it in time.

Disliked: We arrived at around 4 PM. The young lady at the front desk appeared disinterested in her job and was talking to a guest in front of us. She told us to take a seat and said she would get back to us shortly.While we were seated, other new arrivals began to line up. She continued assisting those who came after us. I asked her why we were being made to wait and how long it would take to check in, especially since check-in time had already passed an hour ago. She raised her voice and said, “I’m sorry, I’m running out of queen rooms, and I know it’s 4 o’clock, but I’m running up and down to give rooms to other guests.” Her apologies sounded nice and professional, but they didn’t seem genuine.
