Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean; roomy for 2 people and was priced within our budget.

Absolutely terrible service!!

Liked: Did not get offered breakfast as hotel had power outage and had no backup system!
Disliked: We booked a handicapped bedroom, check in was at 3pm, we got there at 4.20pm and they told us they didn’t have the room ready as they were very busy.(what an answer to give to a paying guest, who had been driving for hours. So we got a regular room on 3rd floor) The room was okay with a comfortable bed and we never complained. The way we were treated on Sunday morning APRIL 6TH was terrible, we had to sit in darkness till 8am as we had no light to pack our stuff up. No staff member appeared on our floor to offer any help to me to get all our luggage plus my handicapped wife down the stairs, they didn’t even come to apologize to me or my wife, or offer to help us to go get food or anything. Plus on top of this we had a 10 hour drive in front of us.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, facility was nice. Getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging. Also the staff was not friendly and seemed like they were annoyed if I asked any questions. But I found that Chattanooga isn’t friendly as a whole.
Disliked: Lack of customer service
