Staff accommodated my request for...

Liked: Hot food looked like preheat microwave breakfast
Disliked: Traffic noise from the highway kept me from sleeping all night long. After requesting to change rooms to the opposite side of the highway I was able to get a good nights sleep.

It worked ok for my...

Liked: Conveniently located. Clean. Comfortable.
Disliked: Sink tap in my room didn’t have much more that a trickle of water. I reported it but it was never looked at by maintenance staff.

Great value for money

Very disappointing. I have sent...

Liked: The location was great and most of the staff was nice.
Disliked: UPDATED 3/10/25 TO SAY the hotel handled this very professionally and were very generous. We will give them another try next time we are in Chapel Hill.I never complain but this was unacceptable. There was NO hot water either night/day. They stated due to capacity and everyone taking showers that was the reason for no hot water. Unacceptable. We had loud neighbors that the front desk said "we know exactly who that is and we will handle" and nothing was done. Said they would give me honor points and didn't. Said they would talk to the people and didn't. Breakfast was gross. Location was great, parking is easy and free and employees are nice.
