Very nice and pleasant stay

Liked: The customer service from time I called until I arrived all through my stay was amazing. Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Not knowing that I had additional fee 25.00 although it was put back on my card I still had fee that was not informed/or included when I booked my room

My state was very welcoming...

Liked: Well located for Lyft‘s to come to and very good staff communication.
Disliked: There was no shower mats in the shower. The shower floor felt very slippery. There should also be carpet or mats in the room so people don’t fall when getting out the shower and going into their room.

A hit

Liked: The vibe was cool. Staff and lobby were awesome. Offerings in lobby (drinks & snacks) were a surprise.
Disliked: Room was just a tad small for our family. Perfect for a couple.

I will not book again.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Location good.
Disliked: Chech in we had to pay more money. This was even after we already paid you guys. There was a miscommunication with you guys and the hotel. I had to pay the price for that.The bed was awful.
