Disliked: When we arrived we were told there was no parking left. We checked in and went to go to the room. As the elevator door opened on the 3rd floor we were hit with a strong odor of vomit. When we get to our room there were 2 queen beds (we had paid for a king room) I went back to the front desk and explained we had paid for a king. When the clerk finally pulled his cell phone I told him I we had paid for a king and got a queen. I was told we'll since you are here late that is your room. When I said I would like to a refund for the difference he looked at the counter and said all our rooms are the same price. I said I know that is not the case and left my info and asked to have the manager call me the next day. As I walked away he said you can complain to corporate if you want. I never received a call back from anyone. I thought the Hilton Chain was better then that.Wayne Emmons

Disliked: Handicap accessible is misleading. Building entrance ramp to steep 2. Bathroom support rails covered with towels. 3. No way for physically challenged person to hold door open to come in . 4. Handicap parking space to narrow for someone using mobility assistance equipment. 5. Room located to far from elevator for people with physical challenges.

Amazingly comfortable stay!

Liked: It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel feels safe and I love the tech and decor in the rooms. You can’t access the elevator without your key card which as a woman traveling alone w another woman was really reassuring to the safety of the property. The beds are so comfortable as well.
