I loved everything clean room...

Liked: Everything staff are very kind and helpful and understanding best staff I’ve seen
Disliked: I didn’t like that I’ve told them lrior to my booking that I will be to hours later and leaving two hours earlier and they said okay done but then came and knocked on me at 11 when I was supposed to leave at 1 clean service and others kept on coming in my room without permission I felt very uncomfortable

Our stay was very good

Liked: Breakfast food may need better but okay
Disliked: The bed could be queen size rather then king size to allow more leg room. Bed could be folded to allow more moveable and roaming space.

Not worth the price!

Liked: Decent location, better than average hotel buffet, coffee was excellent
Disliked: We reserved 2 rooms 3 months in advance and it cost a fortune. We informed them we’d check in at 9pm. They put us in the BASEMENT and said we could move the next day. The rooms are TINY with about a foot on each side of the king bed. For a new hotel, it’s got issues:our shower door leaked.

Great location. Terrible customer service

Disliked: Check in process was horrible. Arrived 10 minutes after 3:00 and was told no one could check in because housekeeping hadn't released any rooms. Was told it would be another 30 minutes or possibly longer. They didn't offer to hold my bags or text me when a room was available. Basically the front desk staff couldn't have cared less about customer service.
