Liked: The location
Disliked: The amenities in the room - no freezer or temp control in the frig, no coffee maker, no microwave, no comfortable seating. I also wasn’t happy with the breakfast. I tried a bagel and an English muffin but they were both too hard and stale to eat. They only had one working elevator. While it may have been quieter on the 4th floor, as a solo senior dealing with my own bags by myself, it’s easier when I’m on the first floor.

Top 3 hotels I’ve stayed...

Liked: Customer service was impeccable to be honest I didn’t have one problem. I had to get up early and breakfast was already prepared and ready to go by the time I got showered and to the lobby. Lastly my favorite part about my stay is the 24/7 fresh coffee and hot water because I am an avid coffee drinker so I just love that in itself, but also I enjoyed the hot water to make amazing tea to end my day after a long weekend of yelling and coaching
Disliked: The only thing I would like better is a cheaper price

Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable very hard. No one cleaned our room we were there for 3 days
