Liked: The facility exceeded my expectations. Very clean everything well kept. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again at Hilton facilities.
Disliked: Breakfast could have had more items.

Disliked: Our check in was at 3.. I booked back in December... Drive there ready to check in and unpack as we had rush plans for the evening... On arrival our room was not ready and we had to wait an hr.. which put us behind on a rush for on evening plans.. Check in should be ready when it says

We had an absolute blast...

Liked: Food was amazing! Great selection, great location and the added touch of themed pancakes were a hit! Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfy! The lobby was a hit with games, pool and foosball. It was inviting and felt like a place to hang out rather than just “sleep”.
Disliked: The pool might have been slightly over chlorinated. My husband and I were okay, but my younger two boys ended up with rashes all over. Now, they have sensitive skin so that could have been part of it but they typically don’t react in that manner to pools usually.

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: The location, amenities, and value are good about Tru.
Disliked: It caters to many youth groups and families with children. Be prepared for pandemonium at times. The staff tries hard to maintain some semblance of order but adults or chaperones must be held accountable for their children’s behavior and the safety of all hotel guests.

Overpriced for what we got....
