NO HOT WATER

Liked: Rooms were clean facilities also
Disliked: There was no hot water for our entire stay. None of the staff informed us of that

Disappointing

Liked: The staff stayed kind even though a lot of people were not.
Disliked: They were having problems with the hot water heater and we did not have hot water for our entire stay.

Will continue to come back!

Liked: I have to travel to BR a lot for work, and CHOOSE to stay here over more expensive hotels for several reasons. The rooms are comfy, large and clean, steamer always works well, the free breakfast is super tasty (eggs, sausage, bagels, lots of options!) most importantly, the staff is just great, the receptionists are so friendly, and always ready to help, I have been supplied with toothbrushes and various emergency items, and even gotten to borrow a phone charger overnight when I was in a real pinch. Above and beyond service. I will keep coming back!
