Liked: Mr Bradley was awesome. He is the reason we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The shower had mold and the floor was yellowing.

Efficient, affordable and practical

Liked: Perfect place for business trip. Simple, affordable, close to downtown, walking distance to different restaurants, bars and shop, parking included, friendly staff, breakfast included, new construction, modern lobby, they sell snacks, drinks and beer 24/7
Disliked: The breakfast is pretty basic but won’t ask for much with their nightly fees, hotel is affordable but new

Unsanitary, unsafe, won't recommend

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: There was no hot water in the building. The staff new that when they checked us in and never told us. That is a safety and health issue. Completely unsanitary! The manager the next morning mentioned that it was been 12 hrs before we checked in they knew the water didn't work and wouldnt be fixed for another day. We've been traveling 14 hours and no one could shower or clean up before the next 10 hr drive. Your company should have informed all the guest and not taken any further reservations until the hot water was restored.

Disliked: There was no hot water for our entire stay. None of the staff informed us of that

Disappointing

Liked: The staff stayed kind even though a lot of people were not.
Disliked: They were having problems with the hot water heater and we did not have hot water for our entire stay.
