Personally I would stay somewhere...

Liked: It was clean and the staff were amazing. The location was central but there was a police chase and puking drunk people.
Disliked: The breakfast was basic and tasteless. No microwave in room. Beds were hard and pillows small. Parking was not free as advertised.

Liked: Design of the room, comfy beds. the view of the city was nice.
Disliked: no parking or parking contract arrangements with the parking garage across the street. not crazy about watching rats run around in the backyard of an adjacent property.

Very nice and clean hotel

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was close to many attractions. We visited the aquarium and CFG arena and they were within about a mile of the hotel. The breakfast was good. They had most of the usual things that you would expect.
Disliked: No parking but the lot right across the street was handy and not overpriced like most.

Liked: I love staying there. The location is perfect for someone like me who enjoys walking. It’s right by little Italy where there’s amazing places to eat.
