Good experience and will stay...

Liked: Quite nice hotel. Starbucks less than 50 yards away, but we thought hotel coffee was pretty good ,Good selection of items for breakfast. Nice rooms with reasonable amount of lighting.
Disliked: Only thing that was disappointing was the size of the fitness room. Sign on the wall said "MAX occupancy 10". That might be good number for playing cards, but seriously would be way over crowded for people doing different fitness activities.

Liked: The room size
Disliked: We had a horrible experience. There were children hockey teams staying and me and my family were surrounded by disruptive children as well as their parents and/or chaperones. Kids were playing hockey in the hallways late into the early morning. Kids were also running and screaming outside on the parking lot while adults sat in the lobby drinking and complaining ignoring their children. Kids were allowed to run free in the fitness room with no oversight being completely disrespectful. I have never experienced such a horrible hotel stay. When I reported the concerns to the Front Office Manager Dahlia Moyer she was only willing to refund one room which was not appropriate. Our entire stay was ruined and Ms Dahlia did not even show any empathy. Shame on Hilton. Don’t stay here. Avoid this hotel at all costs as I was advised they cater to these large groups on a regular basis. RUN AWAY!!!

Great hotel, staff, & location

Liked: The look of the hotel is very modern and welcoming, including the staff. We were checked in by Dahlia. Love that there are options to check in thru the app and use a digital key. Ice machine and water dispenser in a very convenient place on the first floor so you can grab it on your way to your room. And receiving a text shortly after reaching the room asking if everything was ok was a wo derful touch. The breakfast was good incl pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Gym & pool was clean. There's plenty of convenient places within walking distance of the hotel.... wawa, Starbucks, walmart, etc
Disliked: If I could complain about anything, it's only wishing there was more water pressure. But the pressure wasn't bad!
