How is this a Hilton...

Liked: The room was clean and the bedsheets were soft. We enjoyed the coffee and flavored creamers in the lobby when we arrived (keep in mind this means no coffee maker in your room). I'm not sure how I feel about the squeeze bottles for soap and lotion in the hotel room. I prefer liquid soap to the usual bars but despite the bottle instructions to "squeeze gently," you have to squeeze pretty hard if it's almost empty as ours was, thereby being wasteful. The staff the next morning was wonderful. They were cheery and polite and kept the breakfast area well stocked. I could hear them answer calls at the front desk and their customer service was commendable. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Disappointed in the room. Bare minimum and not in a good way. I would never expect this out of a Hilton brand... we stayed at the Sleep Inn last year which I thought would be awful and it far exceeded our stay at TRU. The mattress did not fit the frame of the bed right and I ran into it a few times at night. The pillows were hard and way too thick, the ac unit kept turning on/off throughout the night and never got to the setting we put in. The water temperature in the shower would not get hot and if not standing right under the shower head you wouldn't even get any water! The "closet" is weird, as is not having a chair/desk. The refrigerator was not working and we didn't realize it until we removed the items we had put in hours before to see that they were warm. This was an overnight conference trip and the bad sleep and uncomfortable room were very disappointing.
