Liked: Clean, comfortable, courteous
Disliked: As a general comment about many North American hotels, it’s crazy that I had to have the COOLING on to keep the room temp below 75F when outside temp was below 50F.

The TRU is the best...

Liked: I LOVE the walk-in showers; I really appreciate the TV containing stations with good movies to watch; There's an ironing board and iron I can use when needed; Check-in is very easy - and I received two bottles of water; The breakfast is FANTASTIC; all of the employees I encountered were smiling, polite and very helpful and when I checked in quite early in the morning, they provided breakfast even though I had not spent the previous night - extremely wonderful - as I had breakfast with my sister and her husband who DID stay there the previous night. My favorite thing - the Magic Pancake Machine! Absolutely fabulous!

Liked: Property was new, convenient to the airport, and comfortable
Disliked: It was a little difficult to find at night

Very big rooms with comfortable...

Liked: Very upscale hotel with great Decor and clean facilities. The rooms were very big and the beds extra comfortable! I liked the upscale toilette products.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not overly friendly but I can overlook that.

Liked: Very good bare bones concept.
Disliked: Nothing.

Would go back there again!

Liked: Very nice place, excellent bed, convenient, 5-minute to the airport!
Disliked: Shower floor is very slippery. Probably a non-slip mat on the floor for safety would be a good idea!
