Liked: Room was small, but clean enough despite the filthy state of the rest of the hotel
Disliked: Overworked and impatient staff. Unclean facilities. Elevator slow to operate, and dirty stinking hallways and common areas. Lobby bathroom never cleaned. No toilet paper replaced in room or in lobby, led to an embarrassing situation that staff shared no sympathy for.

Amazing and will return again

Nice comfortable place to stay

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Self parking across the street was chaotic and parking spaces not laid out well.

The hotel has great

Liked: Second floor lounge and front counter staff
Disliked: Lobby bar service - bartender often disappeared, drinks were not good and asked for coffee at the bar at 10am and I was told they were out. A working televisions at both bars is a must.

It was overall pleasant.

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The rooms are small and it seems the hotel is understaffed. We called down for more toilet paper 3 times before it was delivered. I had to go to the front desk myself so see where it was.
