Liked: The rooms was spacious and clean . We 4 persons were shared 1 big room with 2 single beds and 1 double. The room was well with the small kitchen, which you can worm up some food.
Disliked: It would be nicer if having a gas and kitchen amenities for you to cook because most of the hotels in Ichuca are closing by 7.00 p,m

Enjoyed 3 nights at The...
Liked: Very spacious, clean and luxurious. Bed and bedding were wonderful . Appreciated the car space right outside the front door. Very close to shops and beach. Easy drive to all other attractions.
Disliked: Slippery floor in bathroom due to shower. Need non slip mat in shower and drainage so that water runs down shower drain instead of spreading into toilet area.Fridge kept defrosting, leaving food in fridge, wet.

Liked: The overall experience was very good, with most aspects of the hotel meeting expectations. However, the water mixers in both the shower and sinks were quite difficult to use and in need of improvement. Additionally, there were very few pillows available, which impacted comfort. Aside from these two issues, the rest of the stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the quality of the other amenities."
