Liked: Good Evening the room was EXTREMELY COLD. Being that I was leaving the next day I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and change the room. I Also, feel we’re already paying for the room why would you charge for early access to the room before 4:00 pm smh that’s so sad it’s 12 hours in a day not 6 hours.

Liked: Everything was fantastic! Check in/out was easy, location was beautiful, nice staff and food was great.

Liked: I loved the location, very clean and with lots of space, of course, comfortable.
Disliked: What I didn't like was that at checkout time there was no one in front to help, it was total chaos. The machines didn't accept it, saying that the room number wasn't correct. That's annoying when you don't know what to do.
