Disliked: I didn't like the male Manager talking to female staff (who was doing her job)in an aggressive rude tone of voice. This was done in front of customers - myself and my sister. The worker was so embarrassed in front of us. She did not deserve this. Manager if you needed to say something to her then say it it when customers are not present.

Disliked: Dirty cups, very dusty kettle and very dusty room in general. Dirty fridge and glasses. Shower glass door very scummy. Other people staying were very noisy. Every room had an ashtray outside. We do not smoke and had to tolerate smokers when we arrived to our room.

Liked: Did not have breakfast.Facilities ie,coffee/tea and milk provided plus chocolates.Bed was very comfy ,most of all had hot constant Water to shower.Highly recommended.
Disliked: In my case,nothing.
