Liked: We just love it there….Staff so friendly and lovely environment

Good location for Gatwick

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast. Good parking area.
Disliked: No lift, very narrow stairs to carry up luggage although the lady did offer to help. Shower small and couldn’t adjust the shower head to stop it leaking on the floor. Beds and pillows could be comfier. Wifi not good, tv not working properly on ITV which apparently was down to the poor wifi. Hotel is right on the flight path.

We visited on Sunday 10th...

Disliked: They gave us expired bread and butter for breakfast. The eggs were watery. The muffins were very smelly and expired. The bacon was out of date. We told staff about it and they just said sorry, didn't do anything else. We had to look for breakfast somewhere else. We had paid for a full English breakfast and they didn't deliver

Disliked: Couldn't get any WIFI or data when you was in the room. The headboard on the bed would hit the wall everytime you moved during the night which was very annoying

Disliked: Unfortunately for them their internet wasn’t working so could have the tv on

Rooms are very tired.

Disliked: We were delayed and managed to reach the hotel at 22.50 if we'd arrived after 23.00 we wouldn't have got our room as the reception is closed (airport hotel?) and still would have had to pay!We asked if there was anywhere on site to get a drink and were told no, nowhere to eat either.
