Very disappointing.

Liked: We did get a bed for the night
Disliked: We never saw a membe of staff.Breakfast was supposed to be available between 09.00 and 10.30 each day.We waited until 09.15 and there was no sign of any activity. The door to the dining room remained locked.

Beautiful and amazing hotel specially...

Liked: This hotel was absolutely amazing and apt for the price. Rooms are clean and the guy at reception Rais is absolutely amazing sorts all problems out. The room and the surrounding is quite so perfect for a short nice stay. And it’s good for the price.

Disliked: Room and common parts all dirty and damaged. Room was appalling and smelled with suspected damp and mould. I was asthmatic within minutes of arriving. Went straight back to reception to complain and insist on full refund but the reception was unmanned so eventually I gave up and left, taking a room at a different hotel. I had already paid online and have not been refunded. I have complained to customer service but that has been ignored. I shall be charging the cost of this back on my visa card. Absolute disgrace.

Liked: Absolutely nothing, it was a last minute decision as my partner was stuck due to trains. We needed the cheapest option available and for that night it was £62 but the staff and the room was appalling, had to submit a complaint.
Disliked: Single bedroom window did not shut and my partner was absolutely freezing. There was piss stains all over the toilet as well as it looked to be shit all over the walls and the shower curtain. Near the bed there was this disgusting white stuff and damp greasy stains. The wallpaper had been ripped off in places, there was a sign over the light stating that the glass was broken and not to be used. The tv remote did not work, you had to control it all by the tv buttons, the white stuff reached all over the wall to near the beverage area. The items that were supposed to be white were yellow as if someone had been smoking in the room or there was a fire! The heater did not work and the amount of hair, dust and mould was insane! The staff member on site, whether that was the manager or casual worker, treated my partner absolutely dreadful that in fact she left in tears! The night she arrived there was a quick tour given due to him being more concerned about his food than her check in, which she hurt her hand as he dropped the door onto her. She didn’t have time to access the WiFi as he was gone very quickly, then proceeded to ask what the WiFi is over message with no reply. The next day she got lost and could not find her way out due to the door not having a door handle… After 20 minutes of distress I made my way up to the hotel myself to see if I can help, the door was not open even when the sign mentioned it would be and I called the main number… no answer. Then I rang the mobile number, which sounded like a man had just woken up. He sounded so annoyed and was very rude to myself and was very rude to her when he helped to escort her out of the building, yet again dropping the heavy door on her.
