Exceptional

Liked: Whether travelling away or back, this is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located near Gatwick yet very quiet. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, well equipped and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No negatives

Great Value for money!

Liked: Staff very friendly nothing is too much trouble. Good value for money and a comfortable stay. Nice to have a bit of a kitchen area too. Close to Gatwick.

Liked: The bed sheets were clean
Disliked: The room had no window to open, there was mould in the shower, the carpet was so dirty, they had no table available for breakfast ask me to wait in reception when they asked me for a time for breakfast. The next day ordered breakfast got it wrong and asked for me to push tomatoes to side. Never went back for breakfast ended up getting taxi to crown plaza fir breakfast. The staff were under so much pressure

Very disappointed and not somewhere...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the space was pretty clean.
Disliked: The lights didn’t work. It was a full bright light, a flashing purple light or nothing. It was difficult to fill the kettle as it didn’t fit under the basin sink. I had to fill it from the bath. The toilet seat was broken. The door didn’t lock. Whilst the staff were friendly they were very basic and not really over exchange. I had lost my luggage and was running late. I called and explained the situation and was told that I either arrived on time or paid a late check in fee. I drove to check in on time and then went back to find my luggage. I didn’t find this helpful and when I saw the room upon check-in it made the disappointment in the customer service more annoying. The room cost £80 so wasn’t cheap but the service I received was something I would expect from a cheap place.
