Liked: The staff is courteous and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay at the hotel.The rooms are clean.The breakfast is standard.The location is excellent – 10+.
Disliked: We were given rooms with an unpleasant smell, but we hope this issue has been addressed. We were moved to different rooms.The elevator is small and takes time to arrive.

Watch out for the elevator!!!!

Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Rome. Many sights such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Triton Fountain, Capuchin Monastery etc. are within easy walking distance. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and is served in the beautiful panoramic room.
Disliked: My wife and I were locked in the hotel's very old-looking and fragile-looking elevator for a long time in the evening. It just got stuck between two floors!!! And just jerked back and forth!!! My wife was scared to death and could not be calmed down. It took a long time for help to arrive. The elevator cabin was cranked up manually and jerkily. That also caused anxiety when you are trapped in the cabin. Nobody regretted it that evening or the next day. We then checked it out: There was no plaque in the lift cabin indicating the age, type, services of the lift, for example. We never got into this lift cabin again in the following days. Finally, it was also impossible to get a proper bill for the room on departure.

Liked: Excellent location, close to Trevi, Pantheon, quality restaurants very close; standard European bfast, meet needs for bfast (excellent cafe next door for all meals). Asked for two rooms nearby - perfectly situated for two double rooms)
Disliked: tiny shower in one of our two rooms (one shower door needed maintenance); small beds. Met requirements for a place to sleep.
