Location is great!

Liked: Location is great, in very easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps. The breakfast up on 5th floor was delicious, plenty of choices.
Disliked: Room was dated and dingy. it could use a fresh coat of paint and new curtains and bedding.

Great location for historic Rome.

Liked: Other than being on a main road which can make it a little noisy the location is great! So close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, easy to get to all other attractions. Reception staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, room was a decent size for a city centre hotel room, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had booked a superior room as my understanding was that the superior rooms had been recently renovated, however, ours had not, which was a little disappointing. The walls and furniture were quite worn and scuffed and it was probably in need of a revamp. That is really the only complaint we had. I would stay again though it would probably be my second hotel choice in Rome.

Liked: I liked the hotel's location. You can walk to so many things. We loved being able to walk to dinner every night. Our room was very clean and looked very new. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: When we checked into the Tritone, the receptionist told us there was a Covid case and ushered us to their sister hotel, Hotel Accademia which was nearby. We were told they would be giving us a room upgrade but the room, although big with 3 beds (which we didn’t need) was old and spartan. It was not in the main building but located in an annexe block which had rubbish bins at the entrance! I asked for a change of room and this time I insisted in the main building. The room was a little better than the earlier room but again old and not so clean. Its walls are very thin and practically no wifi connection. An awful experience especially when I paid euro300+ for the room!!!
Disliked: The location was great but hotel old and leaves much to be desired!
