It was a nice experience.

Liked: My spouse and I, from Auckland, decided to celebrate our anniversary in Wellington last month. Our stay was pleasant, and the staff were both helpful and friendly.
Disliked: However, our only issue was the noise; we could hear hallway conversations footsteps due to a gap beneath the door. Additionally, other guests frequently slammed their doors, which we found quite disruptive.

Disliked: Was a little noisy early in the morning when the rubbish collectors arrived to collect the recycling.

Liked: Easy to get to. Location was great.
Disliked: Toilet was broken. Bed was broken. Loud neighbors. 7am glass rubbish bin empty under our room. Shower smelt away.

Liked: Location was great. Easy walk to everywhere. Comfy bed and great bathroom.
Disliked: Noise from other rooms could be heard during the night, coughing and doors being left open to slam shut.

Liked: Clean tidy rooms, great prices and all amenities available that we needed. Bonus for the Rooftop bar, restaurant, and central location. Took our earplugs for music and occasional loud patrons upstairs and outside, and they worked a treat. Slept well in comfy beds. Every staff member a delight!
