Liked: the breakfast service was very poor. I spent a significant amount of time asking the staff for basic items that should have been readily available to customers, such as clean plates, fried eggs, a spoon for my coffee, a glass for juice, and milk for the coffee machine.

Terrible as no WiFi or...

Liked: The rooms were clean and the overall aesthetic was pleasant
Disliked: The whole hotel is run on WIFI and this shit down for our whole stay . We were basically left to sit in silence whilst in the room. The staff told us it would be fixed by 10pm but we made it to check with still no tv . That is a stay between 18:00 arrival to 11:00 check out with no tv or ability to source, or satellite . To make this worse there is no service in the rooms to even use your devices on a network . Many guests including ourselves made the decision to stand outside in the cold to make important calls etc . Also the check experience was terrible . My partner was not able to check k in and went through a whole situation to be allowed into the room after I had called up on the Wednesday to confirm with staff that it would be ok . I ended up having to call the staff at the desk to sort it out from being on a noisy train .
