We had an excellent stay...

Liked: The staff were really friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. The room had everything you needed and it was central to all the main parts of Canary Wharf.

Disliked: The room looked cheap compared to what they've spent on the reception. Even the room corridors looked better decorated. The rooms are very tiny and look half built with concrete still exposed on the ceiling with stains showing.The view looked over a construction site and with a full length floor to ceiling windows and dark mornings anyone can look into your room including the taller office block next door. I could see cups and pencils onn their desks so I dread to think what they might be able to see.

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Kudos to the entire hotel staff, with a special mention for the reception and bar.The location was perfect. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade, and the view from our room was unforgettable.
