Liked: Rooms are great sizes for a night or two and a good comfy bed. Great location to venues like the o2 and great links to transport. Staff are welcoming as always, and the facilities are amazing and clean. Will definitely come back again.

Liked: Very quiet and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to tube and restaurants.
Disliked: Would have been great to have mint teabags in the room (there were chamomile, english breakfast and green tea)- we had to pay £3.50 for a mint tea at the hotel cafe.

Nice hotel, good location poor...

Liked: Good location, easy to find, modern feel, rooms clean and tidy even if they were small. Hotel smelt lovely too.
Disliked: Breakfast was a letdown. The hot buffet was stone cold, nice fancy coffee machine that people struggled to understand and unclear where the cups were as juice glasses stacked on top of it. Watched other guests be taken to a table with a menu, when I asked if there was another option told buffet only for us as it was included in our stay but we did pay for it. I didn't feel it was worth the money.
