Amazing place, disappointing experience

Liked: Very well situated close to the city center, very clean and spacious room. The complementary breakfast was just coffee and a croissant, good enough to start the day.
Disliked: Although the room was impeccable, the air con unit made a lot of noise when cooling. I wasn't able to fall asleep so I turned it off, only to wake up in unbearable heat and humidity. It was not at all a pleasant experience.
