Disliked: Overall service was unacceptable. The beds are infected with bed bugs which has heavily infected my wife and I now. Only one towel was provided and no fresh towels were handed each day. Cleanliness of the room is definitely not up to standards. Sound proofing is non existent and had a tough time sleeping each night. Complains presented to the reception were addressed very late. The lift hardly fits a single person and luggage. No drinking water bottle was provided on check in. I can go on and on, the worst stay I have ever experienced in a while.

Convenient location and nice neighbourhood....

Liked: Convenient location closed to metros. A short walk to a very nice local food market which opens everyday. Nice neighbourhood. Shower is very comfortable, the vanity area is well setup.
Disliked: The interior decor is dated. Although our room is not small, besides your bed there is not much room to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee. Coffee and tea making facilities can be improved. Bar fridge is handy for storing small food and drink items.
