Good confortable stay

Liked: Suite size, very clean,comfiryable bed, great shower
Disliked: Billing communication has to be verbalized

Nice quiet place to recharge.

Liked: This is the forth or fifth time I've stayed at the Trianon. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet (generally few children) and it is a short walk to the Lake Club for lunch, dinner or a drink. The back of the hotel opens over a nice lake so there always some wildlife hanging around.
Disliked: Compared to my earlier visits, it appears that the number of employees was reduced. However, it was still easy to find help. The only mildly annoying part was that the parking lot is used for both the hotel and a steak restaurant. This means that parking is challenging if you want to arrive at certain hours.

Disliked: The restaurants at the property were just okay - one was a little too expensive and the food at the other was just okay. Because these restaurants are open to the public, there was limited parking forthe guests. I wish the hotel bar was open at night for the guests - Also, there did not seem to be a service elevator for the staff - more than once we couldn’t get on the elevator because the cleaning staff was on there with their carts

Disliked: bar/restaurant closed early, front desk staff was not friendly, pool small and not much space for lounge chars,

Liked: The lication is excelent, the view frim the room amazing!
Disliked: The staff was not very helpfull, the cleanless of the romm could take a litlle more attention
