Disliked: One of the bathrooms was out of order and only 2 bathorooms for several rooms was not ideal.

Liked: Everything is close by, eg. it's just a 10 minute walk to the harbour. The mattresses were comfy. The people working there were really nice. It was a good room for the money we paid.
Disliked: The bed felt unstabel and the ceiling moved when wind came through the window. The walls are really thin, you can hear what other people say.

Budget friendly but dirty

Liked: The hostel is budget friendly and in a good location the bathroom and kitchen were both clean
Disliked: We booked a private room the room was not clean the beds may have been changed but that is all that was done there was layers of dust on the carpet and skirting board which were easily accessible so could easily have been cleaned with a hoover.the fridges were all full the only space left was in a puddle of liquid at the bottom of the fridge. They claim these fridges are cleaned daily they clearly are not

Great value for money!

Liked: Great facilities- room was a decent size and the separate bathrooms were quite nice. There were also two charging ports next to the bed! The rooms were in ‘wings’ with a certain number of rooms to a common/ kitchen are and bathrooms. We felt like it was decently quiet too. The location is pretty central and was easy to get a bus from the airport here. We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Wellington.
Disliked: Not much to be honest! Was really great for a backpackers- probably one of the best we have stayed in.
