Liked: Hotel was lovely. Good location. Very kind and easy going staff, very accommodating.
Disliked: Swimming pool was so cold I didn't get in it. Poor conservatory. Very small pool. Not a great feeling in the swimming room. Poor changing rooms.

Liked: Quick walk to St Ives. Beautiful views. Free and accessible parking. Great staff. Value for money is exceptional. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.
Disliked: Within the rooms you can hear next door, people walking upstairs, people using the stairs and it was really loud and not something that could go unnoticed which wasn’t ideal.

Liked: Was so clean was perfect for disabled person bathroom was perfect, love the view Valentine’s day restaurant was best ever worth the money best night ever
Disliked: Never liked the bed ask for double bed was 2 single beds put together was gap , hairdryer so dangerous it went bang if I was elderly person would drop it on floor cause fire

Liked: Self service breakfast the evening meal was lovely.. but maybe have separate price fir continental breakfast. Bedding was clean. Nice shower
Disliked: Very small room . No bath. TV very small struggled to focus on film .Bed small. Room above front door and kept slamming late at night

Disliked: We couldn't work the TV, but that's not a big problem as we were out and about all the time.
