Disliked: No heating in room, it’s December! Radiator did not work, no heaters available just given an extra quiltMattress was the worst one we have ever slept on, very old, very lumpy not good at all

Liked: Tregenna Castle in St Ives is exceptional, the staff are outstanding, and Russell on reception is truly the jewel in the crown. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my stay. Liked: The hotel staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful, it is also very clean and comfortable , with very good breakfast and evening meals
Disliked: The pool area is old and needs to be renovated also I feel there needs to be a more cosy bar area for the evenings
