Liked: Absolutely beautiful location and buildings. Amazing views to be enjoyed in good weather. Loved the aesthetics and character of Trefloyne. Clean rooms, good food on offer in the restaurant although we didnt dine there in the evenings. Breakfast was fine, a good choice available on the menu. Continental breakfast was ok, not a huge choice but there was cereal, fruit and some croissants. The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that our room was very warm, even with the radiators turned off, in April. We like a cool room for sleeping. With it being a 1st floor room and heat rises, we had to have the windows open to cool it down. Next time, as suggested by a member of staff on checking out, we will ask in advance for the heating in our room to be turned off and to have some fans provided (they do have fans available)
