Liked: Super accomodating, friendly and kind staff. They assisted us in making up beds for our two children before we arrived and help us to check in past midnight.

We just loved our stay...

Liked: The property is gorgeous! Our Suite on 7th floor was huge and stunningly decorated! The complimentary drink and nibbles on arrival and nibbles during the day was so generous! Breakfast though simple and in a small area on the mezzanine floor was delicious! The staff were ALL SO amazing and could not do enough for us!Full apartment style with kitchenette and laundry.So many small touches…they had thought of their guests needs beautifully!
Disliked: Downstairs is a separate restaurant that can be used as a wedding venue meaning the entrance to the hotel reception is through the side door. Not a major though!

Disliked: As a chemically sensitive person I found the all-pervading artificial scents nauseating.It lacks an appealing lobby and feels disconnected from the non-atmospheric separately managed restaurant at ground level.
