We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Liked: Nice hotel. The reservation was for king OR queen depending what was left so we had to pay to upgrade for the king room. So, pay attention to that. Still a good trip.

Disliked: A bit out of the way. Place is outdated and they charge a daily $50 resort fee . Staff not friendly. Stains on bed cover, bed was very uncomfortable. Bathtub edge is too high for an older person to get in and tub floor very slippery. Not worth the price to stay here!!!
