We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Liked: View of the area and the general look of the facility. TI looked amazing with the details. Your price was better than the Venetian that is why I stayed here for the 2nd year in a row.
Disliked: The window film was pulled off some not a good look. The overall window was hard to look out. Maybe it is the large sign on the building is obscuring the view.
