We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Disliked: I have stayed at TI many times over the years and this visit was the first one where the facility felt a bit tired. Maybe most noticeable in the coffee shop with a menu that was very small/limited and the colors, lighting etc were all a bit dull. To top it off, the coffee shop closed at 10pm ! The alternative was a bar area that was very noisy and did not feel clean or welcoming.
