Liked: Across the street from the beach
Disliked: This hotel has been damaged by the hurricane The whole first floor was out of service You can see how this area was damaged

First time in Treasure Island

Liked: Was across street from beach! Was also on marina so view was great!!
Disliked: They were recovering from a hurricane..no biggie!

Great marina view.

Liked: I like the balcony overlooking the marina.
Disliked: I would have liked to have been informed of the elevators AND hot tub being out of order.

Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I had another hotel booked but I found out the pool was inoperable so I found this hotel and I talked to the gentleman and he assured me that the pool is clean and the heater is working and it and I asked what the pool temperature was and he told me 75 degrees when I arrived the first thing you see is a green pool that is not heated and filthy the hot tub was half empty full of debris and tree leaves. We had to battle our door to get in this place and we were not alone most of the time it did not work and the management had to come and let us in. These people deceived me and tricked me into a property that is in disarray The hurricane damage this place significantly but they tricked me and lied to me and my family do not go to this place you will be in a very bad situation at this hotel stay away!!!!!

I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: Loved the rooftop bar. Especially on Christmas night. The king bed was super comfy and the balcony over looking the bay was exactly what I was hoping for at sunrise!!
Disliked: Unfortunately due to hurricane there was a lot of construction and the hot tub wasn’t open. But very understandable!
