Liked: Staff were so lovely and friendly.
Disliked: The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. The bar food menu was poor enough... the choice wasn't great at all..

Liked: Clean, nice food and leisure centre was good.
Disliked: Very dated - whole place needs upgrading. We ordered meal in bar and mine came out and then my husband had to wait 25 mins for his. Also, the queue for drinks and to order food took 10 mins. If staff made everyone provide their table number it would of saved time and confusion.

Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable , for the price i payed and the time we spent in the room. Breakfast wasnt even included.

Pleasant

Disliked: When we were booking in there was an issue with a voucher I was using and receptionist got an other member to help which was find . But when the other member of staff was checking us the original member was having issues with an other customer. The member who was now serving us went to help and left us waiting to check in which I felt was unprofessional. When we got to our room our tv wasn’t working, I rang down to reception and the receptionist was rude with her reply. When we checked in we were never told the tv wasn’t working. The A4 notice of the tv not working which is to the left hand side of the desk wasn’t visual at the right hand side of the receptionist desk.

Not a good hotel

Liked: Location
Disliked: First room allocated was already occupied, 2nd room, the safe did not work, 3rd room, had no cold water in the sink, just scalding hot water, asked twice for it to be fixed to no avail. Heating worked occasionally we were given a portable heater instead, TV did not work either. Not a great experience, no discount offered despite the poor quality that we were given. Avoid.
