Liked: Superb building and decor and a warm bedroom. Good swimming pool.
Disliked: Cold public areas. Uncomfortable bed. Inadequate shower. Expensive food of poor quality.

Liked: ALL members of staff were great, professional,but friendly. They all seem happy in their jobs, which let's be honest does happen often these days.The food was outstanding
Disliked: The room was a tad dirty, or should I say dusty. Cobwebs on the ceiling (they are high ceilings in all fairness) the glass shelf in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast) was cooked beautifully and there was plenty to go with it. The spa facilities were fabulous. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The hotel building itself and the grounds were stunning.
Disliked: I had 3 very bad night's sleep as the mattresses were far too soft :( for that one reason, I won't be returning. Shame because everything else was so lovely.
