Really comfortable and clean. Very...
Liked: I stayed twice for one night each over my stay. The first room was quite large, the second much smaller. Both were comfortable. Good beds and pillows. Bathrooms had big showers. Both had good views over the city and harbour. Breakfast on one of my stays was great. Plenty of options.

OK but deposit "policy" is...
Liked: Room was reasonable, small but it is a city centre hotel Toiletries, towels etc. provided. Bathroom was OK.
Disliked: Main beef was that we had pre paid for this accommodation at least one month before but they charged a deposit to our credit card i case of any damage. The receptionist then blithely informed us that, as it was a non NZ credit card, it might take 14 days to refund the deposit. It has not yet been refunded. What an outrage, will not use this hotel again. Also accessing the pre booked car parking was a faff. Best to stay outside the city.

Passable
Liked: Easy access to centre is all
Disliked: The Hotel offers convenient close to centre is all good we found there The price we payed for room was expensive for a travel lodge was expecting s more The bathroom was worst . Really old damp mold there and door was all warped we couldn't close it at night to blcok out smell .The room itself was tired dated walls badly marked carpet sticky and small room do not waste my money here again a hostel would have been better ©
