Liked: The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was so poor and the quality of the food so low. Not value the money at all.

Good value. Accommodated early check-in....

Liked: Clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Room facilities, e.g. tea, coffee maker were extra, had to be ordered separately. Could use coat hooks near entrance door.

Liked: The wheelchair accessible room is very spacious. The bathroom is big too, however it has a small threshold at the door.

Liked: The location was good for me.
Disliked: Quite far from the city center, not many shops around. Noise isolation is not the best but it’s relevant to most of the hotels.

Liked: All was good, closed to the location I was needed, close to restaurant.
Disliked: The noise isolation could be better, or people should be quieter on corridors :)

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed.Noisy air-conditioning, not possible to regulate, it was blowing the air very loudly during the night, that was very bad during 6night stay :(

Great stay great location

Liked: Stayed here with my 9yr old son the Property was in a perfect location for our trips to Santiago bernabeau there is a super market over the road and 3 lovely little restaurants literally 20 metres from hotel entrance overall great place to stay
