Liked: Have a dog, easy access to outside, lawn area, nice breakfast , all was good, have mobility issues, easy to get around, lovely staff, especially the nice lady, sunday morning, very pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was ok , same options everyday
Disliked: Got two family suites but we’re far apart from another and both were different layouts with no air ventilation for the second room which made it very congested. They also double charged me which is still not sorted when they assured me I wasn’t.

Not worth what we paid.

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast area was also clean. Loved the Dove products in the room.
Disliked: The gym area had no towels, or paper towels to disinfect the machines. When I told the woman at the front desk, she said she had no clue there was even a dispenser in there. The facial tissue in the rooms were more like hard paper napkins. The toilet paper was thinner than tissue paper.

Would not recommend

Disliked: Desk clerk had a thick accent and indifferent attitude
