Very nice stay; rooms were ready ahead of time (can't count on that though). Breakfast very good. Clean. Friendly staff.

Liked: Great variety of food. Food was warm. Staff member helped make a pancake, the cooker malfunctioned.

Disliked: Smelly room and fitness center. Hair in the shower. Very old rooms didn’t feel very clean. Uncomfortable bed. Noise from the highway. Very loud shower. I suggest paying a little more and going somewhere else.

Good quality for price.

Liked: Window has a crack in it so heard a draft all night. Kids loud and running at 1130pm. made 2 calls to front desk regarding this.

Liked: The suite was a great size. Great value for the money paid. Breakfast was ok. Extremely quiet place. Loved that.
Disliked: Only minor issue. Shower curtain smelled. House keeping needs to change more often. Other than that the room was spotless

Liked: Great location. My only real complaint was the shower. It was lukewarm and the water did not drain properly. Also the sound proofing was poor, I could hear the rooms next to me quite a bit. Everything else, including the price of my stay was great.

Disliked: Charge for dog was not notified in advance, same with $100 damage deposit. Could not connect 2 laptops to WiFi (phones connected ok). Breakfast - ran out of several items at 9:30 on Saturday morning (was served until 10:30). TransCanada Highway literally a few feet away from room (soundproofing worked, trucks were not too noisy inside room).
