Liked: Your shower pressure was amazing. Pillows was fluffy and all and all had a good nights rest. Unlike the one in Winnersh a week before which has been my worst experience.
Disliked: I'm not sure if breakfast was offered.

Liked: The bed was tidy, clean, and comfortable. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Disliked: The carpet was unclean. The bathroom didn't have any sort of air freshener; it smelled musty, almost like cigarette smoke. The toilet flush did not work properly, which is unacceptable. There are no sockets near the bed to charge your electronic devices.
