Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The staff was never available at the front desk. I even did online check out so that all he had to do was just take my key and he just had me drop it at the front desk after I had to call him to ask him what he needed me to do. We didn't check out or check in at unreasonable times - but still he wasn't there. The toilet in our bathroom was still dirty, as well as the floor not being vacuumed there was pet hair all over the floor.

Very poor

Liked: Easy access from I-90.
Disliked: The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There was a bright light pointing directly at the window. The bed was much too firm.
