Great location but beds too...

Liked: Location was great and breakfast was good. All food was fresh and kept hot.
Disliked: The beds were hard and way too uncomfortable. Felt all the pressure points that lead to broken sleep

Wonderful stay

Liked: Second time here… central location, easy access Southern Cross Station, Trams, Airport Bus and CBD. Comfortable room, nice staff and great breakfast.
Disliked: The road on approach could do with better lighting…

Comfortable hotel in a great...

Liked: Easy to get to with a short walk over the bridge from Southern Cross Station. Conveniently located for access to Spencer Factory Outlets where there were also good food options. Breakfast was excellent and included in price, making this a real bargain.
Disliked: Everything about this hotel was spot on, from location to amenities to staff, so there was nothing we did not like.
