Very disappointed with the overall...

Liked: Location was very convenient for where we needed to be
Disliked: Staff at counter when we arrived were very abrupt & not welcoming. Room was not very clean & when we asked for it to be cleaned they only changed the towels. They couldn’t even hang them up, they dumped them on our toilet bags on the bathroom counter! Staff opened my bag whilst I was out of the room.

Convenient, comfortable, quiet and clean.

Liked: Location to Docklands, rail and trams is great. Room was quiet and had good natural lighting. 3 people shared and plenty of space.
Disliked: Would be nice to have scrambled eggs as an option for breakfast

Pleasant

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable with 2 terrible mattresses joined together with no topper over the top to make it a king bed.
