good place for travellers to...

Liked: Sammy lovely staff member. Location great if hopping on a plane. Comfy bed
Disliked: one of the keys to room didnt work,windows outside were a bit grubby and the outside area near restaurant .could of done with a clean up

Perfect when staying close to...

Liked: Comfortable and very close to Hobart Airport. Fair price and (payed but not much) shuttlebus to airport. Clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Not really beautiful but functional.

Liked: Great location close to the airport. Clean comfortable, fast WiFi.
Disliked: Noise from people walking on floor of room above. Parking surcharge for guests this far out of town.

Comfy bed, good customer service,...

Liked: Excellent customer service, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room with the parking fee waived due to how long we were staying. Room was comfortable, very comfortable king sized bed! Good tv, kitchen and bathroom amenities. The restaurant was very convenient. Good location, quiet room. Handy 24 hour reception. Airport, hire cars and fuel stations close by.
Disliked: The only down sides to our stay was the air con wasn’t working properly, the weather gets very humid in Tasmania so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep, we raised this a few times to staff but nothing was done. The only other down side was our room key card kept deactivating so we had to keep going to reception to get it fixed, mobile phones can cause it but it still kept happening regardless.
