Liked: the front receptionist was very kind & accommodating
Disliked: n/a

Liked: The room was very clean & the bed comfortable. Location is ideal for me and I will be using it again.
Disliked: The room could have been warmer. I also felt the staff were rushing me in. I also didn't realise there were no meals served.

Liked: The staff customer skills
Disliked: The price could be a bit cheaper

Liked: Parking space Dog friendly hotel Location was for us perfectly because of our dog
Disliked: Yes, carpere was a bit damp and the room not very warm. We like if it is warm because the days are colder and after a good walk you are expecting a cosy room. (it was ok but for us not warm enough) heater was working
