Superb

Liked: lovely staff, good familty vibe at the pool, warm water, good hours

Bad

First and Last time!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Heating and cooking system was not working. Did not honour the Booking.com price. Hotel halls smelt like marijuanas. Parking was not good for a large vehicle.

Wouldn't stay here again. Cancelled...

Liked: The staff were excellent!
Disliked: We had to wipe coffe table and surfaces because they were sticky. Bathroom is old and grundgy. The sheets were old and pilled. Chrome was missing on bathroom fixtures.

Holiday delight

Liked: The pool area was beautiful! The included breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: In a rough area!! Even staff told us that there was alot of vehicles broken into and stolen. We barely slept trying to keep an eye on our stuff
