Disliked: We did not even stay the night there we where there for 3 hours if that I got there and it was not so bad then my husband and kid came and all you can smell is weed down the hall way are room was supposed to be a pool view room and it was not and the bathroom floor still has dirt on it where it could of used a mop to it again I had no idea it was in that area or I would of never booked it the cops where drivin in the parking lot so that mead us feel unsafe for 140$ disappointed in losing out of that money for a room that we did not even sleep at cuz it did not smell like it was smoke free like it says will not stay here again

Horrible

Liked: The pool was the only thing about this hotel that was anything close to the photos found online.
Disliked: When we went to enjoy the restaurant after checking in, we found that the lounge area was shut down, our “waitress” was also our “cook”, my son had to get a key to use the restaurant bathroom. After deciding to just make do with the complete let down of the hotel, my family and I, who are in three separate rooms, got ready to try and sleep. When turning off my lights, I noticed cockroaches running up the wall by my door. I immediately took photos and brought them to the front desk. I told them we would all be leaving and requested a full refund. I am awaiting a phone call once the manager is in as this was after 10pm. This experience was nothing like I have ever had before when booking through booking.com.I am absolutely devastated that my daughter’s birthday was completely ruined, having to pack up a four month old baby at 10pm and travel over 1.5hrs to get home.

Disliked: Dirty lobby, missing toiletries, loud guests into the night (security issues)

Disliked: Found a bug in the room unsure what it was. Room was alright kind of outdated. Hallways creepy and location poor

Disliked: The bathroom was full of hair. Not clean. :( nasty. Told the front desk agent, she didn't give a shht. And the pool was closed.
