Disappointing

I hated it, dirty, smelly...

Liked: It was the most awful stay, people slamming doors all night, yelling and arguing, the rooms were smelly the whole building actually smelled bad. I was scared when I first pulled up no elevator and I had luggage, also traveling with my three year old. They said I couldn’t cancel and I didn’t want to just be out $100 so I gave them at Chance . I regret it when I was trying to rest couldn’t sleep so started packing ip at midnight and could not wait to just leave. It was also dirty like just run down I expected better but next time I’ll read the reviews

Never staying there again.

Disliked: Horrible bad smell in the hallway and in our room. Bed a very uncomfortable and water leaking in the bathroom from the ceiling. Water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway as well. The bathroom was old rusty and dirty. The only good thing was the pool but very cold water

Not worth the price and...

Liked: The $400 dollar deposit is so unjustifiable. The highest deposit I ever had to pay just for the worst hotel experience/ stay I ever had. It says they have a heated pool but it definitely is not heated it’s extremely cold making it unenjoyable. The stairs to the waterslide are rusted with some sharp edges in some spots so be very careful. I don’t know how that’s not a health safety issue seems like an accident waiting to happen. The room I was put in didn’t have any heaters in it at all and was so uncomfortably cold and the walls were all dirty, the longer I stayed there the more I noticed how filthy the place was. There was brown marks on the bathroom door and dog hair in the bathtub. The coffee machine looked broken so I didn’t bother trying to make coffee there. The side doors locked you out and you can’t get access back in with your key card, so if you’re trying to bring your luggage in that way you can’t. And you can’t use your key card to get access to the pool like most other hotels you have to go ask front desk to let you in and for towels. In conclusion you’re better off going to a different hotel for an all around better experience and price. 0/10 would not recommend or return.
